Kelsey is the Community Engagement Coordinator with ReForest London, London’s largest local environmental charity. Kelsey began volunteering with LCRC because she believes in the power of food literacy to promote more environmentally-friendly plates, from growing food locally, reducing food waste and knowing the resources that go into our food. Kelsey brings experience in volunteer management, community outreach and the non-profit sector. She holds a Master’s Degree in Environment & Sustainability from Western University, during which she studied ways to foster pro-environmental community action. She previously worked in Environmental Programs at the City of London and in outdoor education at Conservation Sudbury, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restoration Biology from Laurentian University.
