Grilled Veggies with Lemon, Garlic and Cilantro

  • 1 chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cut up bunch of asparagus
  • 6 chopped mushrooms
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 peppers ( I used red and yellow)
  • 4 diced cloves of garlic
  • Half a bunch of cilantro
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil ( I use avocado oil)
  • 4 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt or pepper


  1. Mix the oil, juice from lemons, garlic and chopped cilantro and together and toss the vegetable mixture in it.
  2. Add lemon pepper seasoning the place in grill pan, bbq for 20 min or until tender, mixing occasionally for even cooking.
