- 9 or 10 inch prepared, baked pie shell
- 5 or 6 cups fresh, washed blueberries
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar (less if the berries are very sweet)
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
- ½ cup water
This special recipe does not have a pie-crusted top, and uses fresh blueberries and less sugar! Seasonal, and delicious.
