Cream of Tomato Soup


  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup of 35% cream


  1. Puree the tomato sauce. You can use a blender, food processor or an immersion blender.
  2. Cook on medium heat
  3. Add the cream
  4. Stir occasionally. watch that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  5. Heat ’till bubbly and enjoy
