Canning Workshop – June 17, 2017
Join us on June 17, 11am – noon, in the Covent Garden Market Kitchen (130 King St, London, ON, 2nd floor) for a canning demonstration with Chef Emerie Brine from Bernardin. Emerie explains the ins and outs of successful and safe canning. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and sample the preserves that he makes. This promises to be an entertaining and educational session.
