Mind Your Plate is an after-school program that integrates cooking classes and mental health activities to develop better emotional intelligence understanding, more effective communication skills, and build greater confidence. 

The program will run for 8 weeks starting on Monday March 9, 2020, and will be held at 254 Adelaide Street South, London, ON. Each week, youth will be challenged to grow their capabilities through food literacy education and emotional intelligence programming.
